Originally from Minnesota and Canada, Mike and Christine Schneider now consider Northwest Arkansas home.
Besides being considerably warmer in temperature, the warmth of the people and the perfect size of Northwest Arkansas are just a few reasons why NWA is such a great place to live.
We are grateful to our many customers who have made Schneider Painting possible and we look forward to many more years serving our community.
We respect your time and business, including your possessions, by covering them with plastic if there is any chance we might get dust or paint on them.
We also cover the floors and clean up very carefully when we are done including hauling away the garbage. We do our very best to leave your business in better condition it was in when we arrived.
Mike started Schneider Painting in 2006 with just himself and a painting helper. Now, 17 years later, he provides direction to the company and coaching for those working in it. Along with his important leadership and guidance, he also operates as the marketing director. Mike is passionate about providing a great painting experience for families across Northwest Arkansas. When not working, Mike enjoys traveling, working outside in the yard, and feeding his family smoked BBQ fresh off his pellet grill.
Javan joined our company in August of 2020 as the manager of residential and commercial sales. With experience from both Sherwin Williams and Spectrum Paint Company, he brought with him a first-hand knowledge of the products we use every day. His knowledge and expertise have allowed him to grow into an important leadership role within the company. When not driving all over NWA meeting with prospective customers, you can find Javan spending time with his wife, their 5-year-old son, and their 2 dogs.
Brittany has been with us for almost two years and has taken on many roles behind the scenes. She is the first point of contact for our customers, and she handles the scheduling of estimates and customer relations. She also maintains the office responsibilities and helps ensure a seamless flow in the day-to-day operations. While not at work she enjoys spending time with her three kids, walking around lake Fayetteville trail, and traveling.
Sam has been an important part of our company for 4 years as our project supervisor. He brings a blend of craftsmanship, management, and logistics each day, as he oversees multiple projects throughout Northwest Arkansas. His unique set of skills has also allowed him to train our painters in every aspect of the job. Besides being a great supervisor, he is a devoted husband and father. While not at work, you can find Sam working on multiple projects around his home and farm where they are raising goats, pigs, and chickens.
Clifton has been an asset to our company for over 3 years. Originally hired as a painter, Clifton has used his skill, talent, and dedication to evolve into a lead on-site Project Manager. His responsibilities include managing multiple projects, training, and hands on painting on most of our detailed projects. When he is not painting you can find him spending time with his wife and grandchildren.
Will joined our company in 2022 and filled a crucial position we have been searching to fill for years. His role includes running multiple projects throughout Northwest Arkansas while also managing vendor and customer relationships. Will jumped into this role full force and has become a valuable member of our team. In his free time, he enjoys duck hunting, baseball, and spending time with his fiancé.
